Refund policy

Refunds

Jade Ariell Collection does not offer refunds on purchases. Store credit only. 

Returns (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 24 hours to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return by email or phone contact.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your Jade Ariell Collection's store account within 2 business days. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
After 3 days of purchase, your return is not eligible for an exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jadeariellcollection@gmail.com or you can contact us by telephone.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email.
